Send video from IOS device, store it on AWS

Dear Sirs,

I need to send live video from an IOS device to the AWS cloud and be able to store it there on S3. Can I use the GoCoder SDK to achieve that. What other products from Wooza would I need to make this work? I would appreciate any information or if you have an application note or use case.

You could use the free GoCoder app to send video to Wowza Streaming Engine or Wowza Streaming Cloud from an phone, but to be clear we are discontinuing the GoCoder SDK, which is completely different where you build your own- it’s no longer available for download.

The basic free app we already built is still available like I I said though on Google Play or the App store and you can use that to stream from your mobile phone, but no more SDK to build your own app.

Once you send your stream from the phone to Wowza in Wowza Streaming Engine, you can upload to AWS to store it. ( Not in Wowza Streaming Cloud though.)
