I’m having issues with closed captions coming in as only 2 characters on Vimeo Live Streaming with iCap492 to Wowza ClearCaster.

No issues with Youtube and at one point yesterday during a test it worked fine. No changes made.

Sorry you’re having issues with that @jack headley. Our ClearCaster manager is out today on PTO, but you have the option to reach out to support if you have a plan for your account or you can submit a free support ticket where an engineer will take a closer look at why this is happening. They took a quick peek at your post and said it would require some testing. You can submit one here:

Have you ensured that you are sending CEA608 on that device?

I see that it can send both CEA708 and CEA608 but the ClearCaster only uses CEA608
