i am trying to use wowza cdn but its not working … its showing waiting i also put exan name of streaming but its still showing waiting ,

Thank you for contacting Wowza Media Systems Support.
If you haven’t done so already, I recommend that you open a ticket with our support team to troubleshoot this issue further. When creating a support ticket, please ensure that you provide the following directories:
[Wowza-Install]/conf/
[Wowza-Install]/logs/ (only the latest log files showing the issue are required)
[Wowza-Install]/transcoder/ (if being used)
Please make sure you also provide logs that show Wowza Streaming Engine starting.
If you are not sure how to get this information please see this tutorial.
If you’re using a .stream file to start re-streaming please provide this too - [Wowza-Install]/content/*.stream
