Problems when playing a stream on iOS and MacOS. The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported

When trying to play a streaming on iOS or MacOS with the Safari browser, it is showing me the following error message:

CODE:4 MEDIA_ERR_SRC_NOT_SUPPORTED “The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported”

I am using the VideoJS library in AngularJS to play the streaming and it doesn’t work.
On Windows and Android streaming does not present any problem.

To troubleshoot your issue, I recommend that you open a support ticket.

When creating that ticket, please include your configuration files and the latest log files that were created during the time the issue occurred. We’ll also need to know the application name and stream name of the source that you couldn’t play using iOS and Mac devices.
