Hello, good morning, my name is Juan from Spain, for technical reasons I am trying to get WowzaStreamingEngine 4.7.7 to work on a RapberryPi with ComputingModule4, 8 gigabytes of RAM and 32 cMMS with Linux RaspiDbian operating system, according to an article in your forum, this version 4.7.7 could work on the Raspberry because the ARM architecture was ignored.
Indeed I install the “deb” package that is in the forum article and I install it with the command “dpkg -i” and it already appears installed in the directories /usr/local/WowzaStreamingEngine/bin and WowzaStreamingEngine-4.7.7/binls
l, where all the “sh” files are.
The only ones that work with the “./” action are “installsystemd.sh” and “installupstart.sh” the other “sh” like “startup.sh” etc. give an error on “line 44 /usr/local/WowzaStreamingEngin7/java/ bin/java: binary file cannot be executed: Incorrect execution format” so standalone mode does not work with “systemctl start WowzaStreamingEngine and WowzaStreamingEngine.service” it does work because with the “status” command it says that it is "enabled "
My question is ?
Is it possible to make it work in that mode? Is that so, could I have a temporary license to try?
If it works well after testing, you could have a license to use 4.7.7 on the RaspBerry since current versions cannot be installed on RaspBerry.
I am looking forward to your response .
Greetings
