HLS Pull with 2 audios

Hi

I have an encoder who has HLS output with 1 video profile and 2 audio tracks (Spanish and English) also is considering has subtitles. I configured an Origin function (wowza streaming engine) to distribute the content to the final users. I added the stream file to pull the HLS URL from the encoder, is connected OK, but when we play the URL from Wowza the manifest only has the video content, is no audio.

We tried enabling on the encoder 1 audio track, then Wowza include the audio.

How can pull the HLS from the encoder and maintain 2 audios? We are using the lastested version 4.8.27+5 (build 20240402153452)

Hello, since you also opened a support ticket we’ll continue there, but for visibility to other community users:

Multiple audio ingest through HLS is not a supported workflow and we generally do not recommend using HLS pull.

If you need to have multi audio ingest please do consider using protocols like MPEG TS:

Hi, I’m able to create the main and eng smil files, also the startup smil file. But how can I play a single URL to play both audios? I followed the documentation but is not clear.
